These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PRAISE-Connect website, store, courses, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), operated by LDP Inc. / Restoration Grants (“we,” “us”). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Purchases & pricing
Prices for books, bundles, courses, and digital products are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors; if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Physical products & shipping
Physical books ship from our fulfillment partner within the timeframe stated at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying domestic orders.
Digital products & course access
Digital products (e-books, audiobooks) and course access are licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share digital files or course credentials. Course access is granted to the purchasing account.
Refunds
Because digital products and course access are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once accessed. Physical product issues (damage, defects, or fulfillment errors) will be made right — contact us within 30 days. [Final refund/return policy to be confirmed by LDP Inc.]
Donations
Donations are processed through our third-party giving partner and are non-refundable except as required by law. LDP Inc. / Restoration Grants will provide tax receipts for eligible contributions in accordance with its 501(c)(3) status.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services and content are provided “as is” for informational and devotional purposes and are not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.
