This Privacy Policy explains how PRAISE-Connect, operated by LDP Inc. / Restoration Grants (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, store, courses, and giving tools.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email, shipping address, and assessment responses — and information generated when you purchase, donate, take the assessment, or chat with our AI guides. We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our PCI-compliant processor.
How we use it
To fulfill orders and grant course access; to process and receipt donations; to personalize the pathway and AI guidance to your results; to send transactional and (with your consent) marketing email; and to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Service providers
We share data only as needed with providers who help us operate — payment processing, our giving platform, our fulfillment partner, email/CRM systems, and hosting/AI infrastructure — under agreements that limit their use of your information to providing those services. We do not sell your personal information.
Email & marketing
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. Transactional messages (order confirmations, receipts, course access) are part of the Services you requested.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We retain information as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations.
Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
